Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 10:00pm-6:30am) to lead warehouse teams, ensure efficient daily operations, and coach staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime (weekends possible)
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus
• 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in 3PL or warehousing environments is desirable

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules for the team
• Supervise and coach staff to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional service
• Adhere to company quality policies and 7S program
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments
