Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Weekend 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead the Supply Chain Operations team. You’ll supervise daily warehouse activities, coach staff, and ensure quality and service standards are met.

The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility to work weekends. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Always maintain a clean environment.
