Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift in California. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise teammates, and drive peak performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners. A flexible schedule, including some overtime and weekends, is needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
