Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:30pm). You’ll lead a warehouse team, schedule work, train staff, and ensure high-quality operations while following the GXO 7S program.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime including weekends. A Bachelor's in Logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
