Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations in Miami for 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 10:30pm–5:00am). The role focuses on steering day-to-day warehouse operations, coaching staff, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility for overtime, including weekends. A related bachelor's degree and prior 3PL/ISO/AS9100 exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
