Job summary

Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Order Picker/Cooler Operator to support refrigerated distribution in North Carolina. The role runs Sunday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with Saturday off and a rotating day.

External candidates may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus and $21.00/hr with a $1.50 shift differential. You will load/unload, pick orders, scan inventories, and ensure accurate, clean operations in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license – forklift or related certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload stacks and move items to racks, shelves, or bins.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain organization, rotation of stock, and cleanliness of coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions and distribute to production workers.
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading.
• Check shipment details and keep inventory records with a scanner.
• Follow GMPs and safety guidelines; report issues to supervisor.
