Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, seeks a Warehouse Order Picker/Cooler Operator for the 3rd shift in Franklin, MA. This role includes picking orders, stacking, and operating a forklift in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory control, and ensuring accurate shipments while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Sign-on bonus for external candidates is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items as assigned; sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock and neatness of all coolers and warehouse.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and for efficient loading onto trucks/trailers.
