Job summary

Garelick Farms in Franklin, MA is hiring a Warehouse Order Picker/Cooler Operator for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM), Sunday through Friday with a rotating day off. The role involves picking orders, operating in a cooler environment, and ensuring accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items as assigned; sort and place materials on racks or bins.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distribute to production workers.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading onto trucks/trailers.
• Check information for accurate shipment; verify bills of lading before shipping.
