Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Order Picker/Cooler Operator in Franklin, MA. This role involves performing various warehouse tasks including loading and unloading products, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring cleanliness in the warehouse.

Excellent benefits and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates are offered, along with competitive pay at $19.00/hr. Candidates preferred with a minimum of a high school diploma and up to 1 year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience preferred.
• Forklift, walk behind jack, or other work certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items as assigned.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production workers.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain organization and neatness of the warehouse and coolers.
