Job summary

Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse/Cooler Operator-Robot to support receiving, storage and distribution in a refrigerated environment. You will read production schedules, prepare orders, and ensure accurate inventory in a fast-paced facility.

We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates. Hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm, providing a dependable daytime schedule and a strong team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items to racks or shelves as directed.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Prepare customer orders for shipping and load onto trucks.
• Verify shipment details and inspect products for quality before loading.
• Use computer to scan and maintain inventories and records.
