Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities. You will receive and ship products, follow SOPs, and help maintain safety and productivity standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working overtime with little notice, and operating equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers. Join a team focused on efficient distribution and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• RF scanner/voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• PIT/ material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Willingness to OT with little notice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and rotate to multiple warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, QC checks, sort, palletize, pack, load, and ship.
• Pick large items with equipment or small unit items as directed.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and inventory control.
