Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm-8:00am) to lead a warehouse team in Summerville, SC. You will organize daily operations, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 2 years of warehousing experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime. A Bachelor's in Logistics is a plus, with strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
