Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 5:30am–2:30pm).

You will lead daily warehouse activities, schedule planning, training the team, and ensuring top-tier customer service while upholding GXO’s quality policies. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and scanner devices, and is capable of flexible overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to GXO 7S program.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
