SGB-SMIT USA, a leading transformer manufacturer in Oklahoma City, invites motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as an inspector. You will perform incoming inspection of transformers, teardown and inspection of core and coil assemblies, and assist with assembly loading and insulation tasks on site.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of manufacturing experience, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical, and a nationwide background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Must complete a nationwide criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of Transformer.
• Perform teardown and inspection of core and coil assembly.
• Load coils onto core and yoke form or stack shell form.
• Repair, stack, and re-insulate cores as required.
• Perform jacking of core blocking and insulation.
