Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Reno, NV will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI).
• Prepare a daily plan prior to the morning tier meeting.
• Lead tier meetings and keep the tier board updated with current information.
• Overtime as needed, including Saturdays.
• Coordinate with department Supervisors on priorities.
• Reallocate associates based on need and assist in onboarding and leadership training.
