Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma/GED with at least five years as a supervisor or in a team leadership role.
• No immigration sponsorship; relocation not provided; must reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and communicate production metrics to management.
• Support safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals; develop staff through training and coaching.
• Assign overtime and manage department staffing and 5S housekeeping.
