The role oversees daily operations, drives SQDCI improvements, and coordinates with supervisors to optimize labor and processes. Responsibilities include leading tier meetings, planning ahead, and providing onboarding support while ensuring safety and quality compliance on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of production experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Reno, NV considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in SQDCI metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory).
• Prepare daily plan prior to morning tier meeting and lead tier meetings.
• Overtime as needed, including Saturdays; coordinate with Supervisors on priorities.
• Reallocate associates to meet workload and resolve issues with actions.
• Support in onboarding, provide guidance, and attend leadership trainings.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure product conformance.
