Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food/feed production is a plus.
• Ability to read gauges, SOPs and quality standards.
• Must pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processing equipment to ensure product specs are met.
• Read gauges to ensure temperature, moisture and pressure.
• Manually adjust steam valves.
• Complete two-hourly production paperwork.
• Follow SOPs and test product samples.
• Troubleshoot and escalate to maintenance when needed.
• Operate bobcats and forklifts to move material.
• Communicate processing activities to avoid errors.
• Maintain clean production floor and equipment.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance.
