Job summary

Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking General Production roles at its Long Prairie, Minnesota plant. This first-shift opportunity involves long hours, 5–6 days a week, with a warm to humid production environment.

You will perform a variety of tasks, operate knives and other equipment, and support safety and quality programs. Candidates must be 18+, able to work in the US, and willing to overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and conditions with PPE.
• Must be able to work extended hours Monday through Saturday with overtime as production needs require.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of specialized tasks in warm, hot, humid, or wet environments.
• Use knives, hooks, or other specialized equipment as required for production.
• Engage in physical tasks with repetitive motions and stand for long periods.
• Comply with all food safety policies and regulations and maintain a safe workplace.
