Qualifications

• Read and comprehend safety rules and operating instructions in English.
• Use calculators to perform unit arithmetic and conversions.
• Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack licenses.
• Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
• Operate and monitor assigned machinery for efficiency and safety.
• Set up, sanitize, and break down equipment per SOPs.
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and product weight per specs.
• Box and palletize products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
