Job summary

Codis in Seymour, IN is seeking a Production Associate for the Spray Dryer Facility on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will operate manufacturing equipment, weigh materials, perform in-process testing, inspect final product and package, and keep accurate batch records.

The role requires safety awareness, teamwork, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to perform blending, sifting, milling, and cleaning as needed. Codis offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing processes in the Spray Dryer Area.
• Weigh materials, perform in-process testing, inspect final product and package.
• Maintain up-to-date batch records and documentation.
• Assist blending, sifting, milling, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Train and mentor other operators; ensure SOP and cGMP compliance.
• Review batch records for accuracy.
• Support packaging and materials handling as needed.
