Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is seeking a Spray Dry Packing Operator I for the 3rd shift at its Wauconda, IL facility. You will pack production batches, monitor equipment, and ensure adherence to CIP, safety policies, and proper documentation.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training on food safety concepts is provided. Starting salary is $17.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate safely with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Record production data on forms and documents.
• Follow CIP and cleaning sanitation guidelines.
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, supplies and packaging materials.
• Learn food safety concepts and their importance.
• Observe and report quality issues to Shift Leads or Management.
• Perform duties safely per company policies.
• Complete assigned duties without errors.
