Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Packaging on the 3rd shift (12:00am to 8:30am) in Portage, IN.

The role involves following packaging procedures, inspecting finished products, and assisting with batch opening/closing on a 24/7 operation in a cGMP environment. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong math and communication skills, and a high attention to detail to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree not required for this role.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Fast-paced, highly regulated environment requiring accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Follow the lead of Packaging Specialists during packaging and batch closing.
• Inspect finished product and place into cartons.
• Perform in-process checks and document results in batch records.
• Notify Quality/Production Supervisors if product fails specifications.
• Support opening/closing of batches and daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
• Comply with DEA requirements and related regulations.
