Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. on 2nd shift is seeking a Spray Dry Packer I to support production. The role packs batches, monitors equipment, and records data while following sanitation guidelines.

You will lift materials, adhere to safety policies, and communicate any quality concerns to leadership. The position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with a 4-day, 10-hour Monday–Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• Use RF scanner to report batch quantities.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and perform basic math.
• Follow safety rules, PPE, and forklift policies.
• Solve problems and report issues promptly to supervisors.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Learn and follow operation and cleaning procedures.
• Learn and complete required documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment for safe operation.
• Record production data on forms and documents.
• Follow CIP and cleaning sanitation guidelines.
• Set up equipment, materials, and packaging efficiently.
• Communicate quality or product issues to leads or management.
• Maintain safe work practices and accurate documentation.
• Perform duties accurately and without defects.
