Job summary

Codis in Seymour, IN is seeking a dependable Packaging Associate to join our Production team on 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sun night through Fri morning). You will package finished products, inspect quality, and maintain cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceutical, food production, or GMP is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation (batch records, GDP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production procedures.
• Ability to support other manufacturing areas and Spray Dryer Facility operations when needed.
• Able to become qualified to operate manufacturing and material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products by filling, capping, labeling, inspecting, and preparing for shipment per SOPs and cGMP.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot packaging equipment and report issues.
• Complete production documentation following GDP.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following policies.
