Job summary

Nutrition 101, LLC in Pendleton, IN is seeking a Machine Operator / Drying Technician for the 3rd shift (7pm–3am, Sunday–Thursday). You will operate specialized drying equipment, monitor performance, and ensure product quality in a hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating machinery in manufacturing or production.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work in hot, noisy, or dusty environments.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drying equipment.
• Monitor performance with control panels and automated systems.
• Perform routine quality checks on products.
• Document batch logs and production data.
• Safely operate forklifts after certification.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with team to maintain production flow.
