Job summary

Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a hotel shuttle associate for night shifts in Kalamazoo, MI. You will operate and maintain shuttles, greet guests, assist with luggage, and document service logs to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Front Office and other departments, staying knowledgeable about local attractions, and upholding Radisson and GHG standards. The role requires strong integrity, independence, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Michigan Driver’s license and ability to get or already possess a CDL.
• Provide a clean DMV driving record for consideration.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to load/unload luggage and move packages as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain hotel shuttles, planning pickups/drop-offs.
• Greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage handling.
• Maintain shuttle logs and daily activity reports.
• Keep bell stand and entry areas clean, stocked and organized.
• Coordinate transportation needs with Front Office, Housekeeping and Security.

Job DescriptionOverviewAs a multi-functional member of the Front Office team, you will serve as a first and lasting impression for guests—providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. You are responsible for providing safe, efficient, and guest-focused transportation services.
