Radisson Plaza Hotel is seeking a Night Shuttle Driver/Bell Staff to warmly greet guests and operate shuttles, coordinating with Front Office to ensure seamless arrivals and departures. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain logs, and assist with luggage while delivering courteous service.

Applicants should have a Michigan driver’s license, be 18+, and capable of CDL placement if needed. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds, with a benefits-minded,

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older required.
• Michigan Driver’s license and ability to obtain CDL.
• Clean DMV record required for consideration.
• High integrity and ability to work independently.
• Observant and well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain shuttles, planning pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep shuttle conditions noted.
• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain shuttle logs, service records, and daily activity reports.
• Keep bell stand and entrances organized and stocked.
• Assist with delivering packages and guest items around the property.
• Coordinate transportation needs with Front Office and other departments.
• Support events with transportation planning and logistics.
• Identify issues and escalate appropriately while upholding policies.
