Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in distribution or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with WMS or similar distribution software.
• Knowledge of catalog numbers and handling characteristics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• WMS reporting and display experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to lift 10–45 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Run waves in order and to completion on time.
• Maintain workflow with appropriate staffing levels.
• Determine manpower capacity and plan execution.
• Coach associates as necessary.
• Elevate issues to Supervisor for corrective action.
• Ensure loads are completed on schedule.
• Update metrics boards hourly (Excel).
• Perform end-of-shift housekeeping and label printing.
