Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead - Shipping for the 3rd shift (10:00pm – 6:00am). The role reports to the logistics leadership and oversees wave execution, staffing, workload balance, and performance metrics in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with WMS or similar software.
• General knowledge of product catalog numbers and handling characteristics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• WMS Reporting and Display experience.

Responsibilities

• Run waves in order and to completion on time.
• Maintain workflow for associates and ensure manageable loads.
• Plan manpower capacity and execute scheduling.
• Coach employees and escalate corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure loads are completed timely and update hourly metrics.
• Prepare and print labeling and manage replenishments.
• Collaborate with other team leads to maintain flow of products.
• Assist with order filling and related procedures.
