Job summary

thyssenkrupp Rothe Erde in Ohio is seeking a skilled electro-mechanical technician for a 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose electrical/electronic issues using ladder logic and schematics.

Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens) and a journeyman or technical degree are required. Company benefits include health, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five-year journeyman status or technical degree certification.
• CNC experience with Fanuc and Siemens CNC electronics, motors and drives.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment and facilities electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Complete PM work orders, lubricate and service fluids, change oils and filters.
• Read drawings and schematics to diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and care when high voltage and arc flash risk present.
