Job summary

Tyson Foods Newbern Plant in Newbern, Tennessee is hiring for a Sanitation Operator PR05-3S for full-time, 3rd shift. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing work areas, assembling/disassembling equipment, and following SQF 2000 and USDA guidelines.

You must meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds, work in temperatures at or below 35°F, and pass lockout/tagout training. Tyson offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in temperatures at or below 35°F for 8 hours.
• Able to complete Tyson’s Lock Out/Tag Out program.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed.
• Use high-pressure hoses and chemicals to scrub floors.
• Work with Quality Assurance and USDA to maintain cleanliness.
• Uphold SQF 2000 standards and support safety policies.
