Job summary

Qualifications

• HACCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation management: run day-to-day cleaning of equipment and facility.
• Train and supervise sanitation staff; plan and direct work.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety standards and master sanitation schedule.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues and process improvements.
