Conagra Brands in Fort Madison, IA is hiring for a 3rd shift production role. You will operate production equipment, perform inspections and support safety and quality standards as part of a 400+ associate team.

Starting pay is $22.17 per hour with a $1.00 third shift differential; potential progression to $25.44 after Level 1 and $28.18 after Level 2. Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Manufacturing experience helpful.
• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous production operations.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Support process improvements to increase production efficiency.
• Maintain equipment sanitation and a clean work environment adhering to safety requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
