Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking candidates for a 3rd shift position in Fort Madison, IA, to operate and support production equipment at our Fort Madison facility. Starting pay is $22.17 per hour with a $1.00 per hour 3rd shift differential, and the role offers growth to $25.44 and $28.18 with Level 1 and Level 2 training respectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous production operations.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Support process improvements that increase production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain equipment sanitation and a clean work environment while supporting food safety and OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
