Job summary

Conagra Brands, Inc. is seeking motivated workers for a 3rd shift manufacturing role at our Fort Madison, IA facility.

You will operate and support production equipment as part of a team of about 400 associates, ensuring safe, efficient production of quality foods. Starting pay is $22.17 per hour with a $1.00 per hour 3rd shift differential; the position offers additional progression to $25.44 and $28.18 per hour upon completion of Level 1 and 2 requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous production operations.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Support process improvements that increase production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain equipment sanitation and a clean work environment while supporting food safety and OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.

Hourly Rate: $21.32 an hour + $2nd shift .45 - 3rd shift $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to a Production Team Leader, you will operate and support production equipment at our Fort Madison, Iowa manufacturing facility. You will join a team of approximately 400 associates and help ensure the safe, efficient production of quality products.

This is a 3rd shift position located at 2467 Henry Ladyn Dr., Fort Madison, IA.

Starting pay is $22.17 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour 3rd shift differential

NOTE: Associates may progress to $25.44 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements and $28.18 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements.
