Starting pay is $22.17 per hour with a $1.00 per hour 3rd shift differential, and the role offers growth to $25.44 and $28.18 with Level 1 and Level 2 training respectively.

Hourly Rate:

$21.32 an hour + $2nd shift .45 - 3rd shift $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to a Production Team Leader, you will operate and support production equipment at our Fort Madison, Iowa manufacturing facility. You will join a team of approximately 400 associates and help ensure the safe, efficient production of quality products.

This is a 3rd shift position located at 2467 Henry Ladyn Dr., Fort Madison, IA.

Starting pay is $22.17 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour 3rd shift differential.

NOTE: Associates may progress to $25.44 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements and $28.18 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements.
