Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking a Site Manufacturing Production Supervision Technician on the 3rd shift to support production supervision and ensure target OEE and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes following QA processes, line audits, and training compliance.

Ideal candidates will have lean manufacturing exposure and 1–3 years in automotive manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a long-term at-will position based at the Huron site.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience with lean manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor to achieve OEE goals and meet delivery windows by addressing line issues, following QA processes, and investigating when output is not met.
• Assist in ensuring lines run per work instructions and standard procedures by auditing the line and coordinating with floor associates.
• Ensure daily inspections (EPs, TPMs) are performed timely and properly and training records are kept up to date.
• Support training processes and timely documentation of training.
• Collect and enter site data into data collection systems and maintain traceability.
