• 5 years manufacturing experience in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all safety rules and report incidents.
• Meet production goals to meet delivery windows and escalate as needed.
• Maintain TS-16949, ISO-14001, OHSAS18001/IATF standards.
• Provide clear communication and direction to team members.
• Ensure training plans and required certifications are up to date.
• Stop production for quality or safety issues and manage escalation.
• Coach operators and escalate software/hardware issues for resolution.
