Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for its Adrian site. The role focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a lean manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team to meet production goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and training effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in business or manufacturing, 5 years of manufacturing experience in a lean setting, and 2 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or manufacturing is required.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience in a lean environment preferred.
• 2 years of leadership experience including accountability for direct reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety rules are followed and enforced; report incidents.
• Meet production goals to satisfy delivery windows; escalate when needed.
• Maintain quality system compliance (TS-16949, ISO-14001, OHSAS18001, IATF).
• Provide clear communication and direction to the team; manage employee relations.
