Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Site Manufacturing Production Supervision Technician for the 2nd shift at the Huron site. Lead manufacturing operations to meet delivery windows while upholding quality standards and safety guidelines.

You will drive continuous improvement, enforce SOPs, and manage a unionized team with a focus on Lean practices and ISO/IATF compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in business, manufacturing or related field.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience in lean environments.
• Leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Experience in unionized facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production to meet delivery windows and goals.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
• Have authority to stop production for quality or safety issues.
• Provide clear direction and coaching to team members.
• Manage training and certifications for line staff.
