Job summary

OPmobility SE seeks a Site Manufacturing Production Supervision Technician for the 3rd shift at the Huron site. You will assist the Production Supervisor to keep lines productive, hit OEE targets, and uphold safety and quality in a busy automotive environment.

You will audit procedures, train operators, maintain shift logs, coordinate line changes, and drive daily continuous-improvement activities. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in automotive manufacturing are preferred; lean

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Supervisor to meet OEE goals and delivery windows.
• Audit line adherence to WI/SW and train floor staff.
• Oversee daily inspections and TPMs timeliness.
• Maintain shift documentation and traceability records.
• Lead shift daily meetings and drive continuous improvement.
