Job summary

Ring Container Technologies seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 8:45pm–6:00am) with starting pay at $66,000. The role emphasizes safety, training and engagement of a diverse production team in a clean, climate-controlled plant.

Responsibilities include leading safety programs, maintaining quality and equipment health, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to GMP and SQFI/BRC standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year technical degree required; military experience may substitute.
• Proficient in LN and MS Office; English language skills required.
• Strong leadership, accountability and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for production employees, visitors and temporary labor.
• Ensure safety training is conducted and documented.
• Ensure proper PPE is used and maintained.
• Lead safety initiatives and engage employees for continuous improvement.
• Monitor production, quality, and equipment to achieve world-class OEE.
