Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality and production efficiency on the plant floor. You will drive safety training, PPE compliance, and a culture that puts employees first while delivering high-quality products.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to train teams in GMP, HACCP, and quality controls, and experience with LN and MS Office for data management.

Qualifications

• Strong people and leadership skills with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Experience guiding teams and driving safety culture in manufacturing.
• Ability to train staff on safety, quality and GMP standards.
• Proficiency in LN and MS Office for data entry and reporting.
• English language proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for production employees, visitors and temporary labor.
• Lead safety training and ensure proper PPE usage across shifts.
• Promote Ring Family Culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate quality training and maintain traceability of materials and finished goods.
• Monitor OEE and production data, issue improvements and coordinate with maintenance.
