Job summary

You will assist with machine changeovers, routine maintenance, and data collection, aiming to improve OEE and product quality. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and participate in plant improvement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery per shift plan and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality records.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
