Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with at least five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Foster a Zero Incident Safety Culture and align with quality management. Prioritize production to meet on-time delivery.
• Implement Continuous Improvement Framework and standardize processes to enable countermeasures.
• Develop reports and coach employees; cross-train and collaborate across shifts and departments.
• Determine personnel requirements, provide training resources, and coach for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assign daily work schedules and review in-process inventory to align with business goals.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and weekly department meetings on safety, updates, and policy changes.
• Maintain daily production and demand statistics; communicate metrics to management and supervisors.
• Act as central point of contact for production issues within the area and coordinate with other functions when needed.
• Schedule overtime to meet production plans and assess team qualifications and performance.
• Ensure 5S discipline and clean, organized work areas.
