Responsibilities

• Foster a Zero Incident Safety Culture and align with Eaton’s Quality Management System.
• Prioritize production requirements to meet on-time delivery for customers.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and standardize processes.
• Coach and develop direct reports, cross-train and support shifts and other supervisors.
• Schedule daily work, review in-process inventory, and track production metrics.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and weekly department updates.
• Communicate production metrics to management and other supervisors.
