Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a Third Shift Production Lead to manage the rubber molded medical device and pharmaceutical component manufacturing. You will oversee the team in safety, quality, cost and on-time delivery, working with manufacturing engineering, quality and HR to meet schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes supervising associates, enforcing SOPs, applying lean and Six Sigma for cost reduction and quality improvements, and ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA-QSR

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years experience supervising associates in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage manufacturing processes to meet product standards and schedules.
• Review product documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead lean/six-sigma initiatives to improve cost and quality.
• Enforce safety SOPs and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA-QSR).
• Motivate and develop production associates to meet business challenges.
• Plan and coordinate equipment repairs with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain operator time/schedule within payroll system.
