Job summary

Dodge Industrial, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday through Thursday, maintaining CNC, production and building equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of maintenance experience or an associate degree in Mechatronics, strong communication, CNC maintenance experience, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ Maintenance experience or an associate degree in Mechatronics.
• Minimum of one year of CNC maintenance experience.
• Able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent mechanical and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Perform simple and complex preventative maintenance on CNC, production and building equipment.
• Perform breakdown maintenance on all CNC equipment including diagnosing and repair/replacement of defective parts.
• Interpret hydraulic and electrical drawings for breakdown diagnostics using various tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems with CNC machine tools, hydraulics and servo motor controls.
• Maintain positive working relationships with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Support spare parts storage and organization.
• Coordinate and prioritize work to meet production schedules.
• Execute rebuilds and moves of CNC machines.
