Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor at our Atlanta, GA facility to lead production on assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role combines hands-on supervision with process improvement to optimize efficiency and profitability.

You will coach and develop a team, enforce policies, monitor performance, and coordinate with manufacturing and ERP systems to meet customer requirements. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency with production reporting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees during assigned shifts.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with policies.
• Execute production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor production performance and address safety, quality, productivity or delivery issues.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Investigate production, quality, and inventory issues and implement corrective actions.
